We started this consultancy firm from the passion to help improve hospitality, quality and service where necessary.
With the vision that a mystery visit and advice with us should only be done by absolute professionals and who also have a vision that can separate and assess the differences in concepts in our industry. We have a very broad experience in the restaurant, bar and hotel industry. 

It is about the perception and experience of the guest and the level of the company is of secondary importance. A visit to a sandwich shop can be a special experience, if the concept is right, the service is pleasant and the quality does not disappoint and there is therefore reason enough to visit more often.
